FAQ
Does the IP change on every launch?
IPs are randomly assigned and dynamic: they may change between sessions, but stay fixed within one session on one machine. Browser slots on the same machine share its egress IP. To use a fixed egress IP, bring your own proxy (dashboard → My proxies); platform residential IPs are not offered.
Is this an anti-detect fingerprint browser?
No. Each session is a fresh isolated environment: dedicated browser process, clean profile, incognito — no cookies or cache carried over. We don't spoof canvas / WebGL fingerprints. Strictly-guarded sites may still flag automated traffic via behavior or IP reputation.
When are idle sessions reclaimed?
20 minutes without CDP activity triggers automatic reclaim and shutdown, billed per minute rounded up. Sessions are also shut down immediately when your balance (hours for personal, credits for enterprise) hits zero.
Which websites are supported?
Standard Chromium — anything regular Chrome can open. Some sites block datacenter IPs (e.g. Azure ranges) or heavily guard login pages; if that happens, relaunch later (new IP) or check the target site's bot policy.
Can you see my browsing data?
No. Sessions are isolated and the environment is destroyed on shutdown. We only log billing metadata (session duration, IP assignment) — never page content. See the Privacy Policy.
How many browsers per machine?
Varies by machine (1–4 slots). Each slot is an independent Chrome process with its own CDP port — fully isolated from each other.
